CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing provides employees through four types of arrangements: Short-Term Temporary, Long-Term Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire. When a company initially requests the services of a temporary employee, an approximate time period is established. However, adjustments can be made to the time period based on the needs of your company.

Short-Term Temporary
These individuals are available to work on assignments from
one day to one month.

Long-Term Temporary
These individuals are available if your company is on a hiring freeze or
just desires temporary help for several months.

Temp-to-Hire
Allows both the company as well as the employee to work on a temporary trial basis for a specified period of time before committing to full-time.  During this time, skills, attitude and ability to fit into the work environment can be evaluated.

Direct-Hire
The direct-hire placement position allows you to hire one of our employees on a contingency fee basis. We will recruit, screen, and interview the employee before he/she is sent to your company. The employee will then start immediately on your company's payroll.

National Account Management
CHASE Technical Staffing and CHASE Staffing Service’s network of offices work together to provide workforce solutions that make it easier and faster for our clients to achieve their goals. CHASE offers corporate contracts with centralized order placement or local account managers depending which fits their needs. Through innovative technology, specialized staffing divisions and workforce solutions that add value to a business, CHASE provides industry specific expertise for a client’s employment needs.

Partnership Outsourcing Services
The goal of this type of partnership is to establish a long-term relationship in which CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing takes over the day-to-day handling of your human resource activities while allowing you to focus on your core business.

Some of the functions that can be handled by the CHASE representative at your site include:

  • Interviewing employment candidates on an ongoing basis

  • Ensuring each shift is fully staffed by contacting people interviewed, the CHASE branches, and other services

  • Checking in temporary employees each day

  • Counseling temporary employees

  • Terminating temporary employees when needed

  • Processing weekly payroll

  • Handling any Workers’ Compensation injuries

  • Handling sales calls from other staffing services
    Assisting the Human Resources and Department Managers with
    projects

Customizing the Outsourcing Agreement
Various partnership options are available (depending on the volume of temporary employees and the particular requests of your Company). A CHASE representative will visit your site to help assess your needs. Chase wants to involve you in each step of the planning process to enhance the development of your on-site program. The more feedback CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing receives from you during the initial stages, the more likely you will be satisfied with the final arrangement.

Lead Individual On-Site
This arrangement is best suited for a small volume of staffing employees. A lead individual works on-site while coordinating with the Recruiters at a branch location. The lead individual is responsible for collecting time cards, and documenting absences and tardiness. This individual normally arrives approximately thirty minutes prior to the beginning of a shift to complete check-ins. Employee attendance information is then reported to the branch location on a weekly basis.

The Recruiters at the branch location perform all applicant pre-screening, interviewing, testing, and counseling. If a problem should arise, the lead individual would contact the branch office for instructions and then be available to carry out the necessary action. The lead individual would also be prepared to handle any Workers’ Compensation injuries.

On-Site Recruiter
This is best suited for a larger operation. With this arrangement, a dedicated Recruiter works on-site. The Recruiter has an office with a computer terminal and a phone. This individual serves as a full service person to provide any of the services mentioned in the "Partnership Outsourcing Services" section. The Recruiter is on-site for the morning and afternoon check-ins. This person is also available to handle any discipline problems or injuries that occur on your premises. If your Company has a third shift, a lead individual oversees the check-in and contacts the on-call Recruiter if problems arise.

Long-Term Relationships
Most on-site arrangements are for multiple years. This allows CHASE to become oriented with your business and to anticipate your needs. By building a trusting relationship, your staff will be more productive and not be burdened with the stress of everyday staffing problems.

Sub-Contracting
CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing can subcontract with 1-3 other staffing services if additional recruiting sources are needed. These services will supplement the staff provided by CHASE. However, your company will not experience the inconvenience of being billed by three services and having three different contact individuals. CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing will be your sole contact and we will complete all arrangements with the other services for you. The subcontractors also agree to the predetermined bill rate prior to sending employees to your site.

Added Benefits
On-site relationships offer several additional benefits for the client. First, CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing can provide detailed reports of your companies labor usage. Additionally, we will provide a single invoice to alleviate the hassle of receiving invoices from multiple services. CHASE also offers electronic fund transfers to all employees. This prevents the problem of employees leaving early or taking long lunches to deposit their paychecks.
