CHASE Staffing Services was founded in Atlanta, GA in 1979 by Roy Abernethy. Since
then the company has grown to nearly 70 branches covering the South, Midwest and
Western United States. Continued expansion will add an additional 5-10 new branches
per year. CHASE Staffing Services has become one of the Top 100 Staffing firms in
the U.S., and has also been recognized as one of Atlanta’s top 100
largest privately-owned companies. It has received
the Atlanta
Pacesetter Award five times as one of Atlanta’s
fastest growing companies.
Roy Abernethy, with a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh, began his Human Resources career with a large company, first as a Recruiter
and later as an Employment Manager. He discovered a definite need for high-quality
recruiting and staffing firms that could provide the best available candidates for
a variety of jobs. Many of the staffing firms that he tried did not provide the
high quality service and candidates that he expected. Therefore he decided to open
his own firm with the goal of providing the best possible service to his clients.
CHASE Staffing Services also strives to uphold their stated corporate values. “We
seek to honor God by serving people and
companies and matching the right person
to the right job.
General And Specialty Divisions
Many of the CHASE Staffing Services Commercial Division offices are geared towards finding a cross section of skills, but they are primarily focused
in Office Staffing and Skilled Industrial Staffing. Our Specialty Divisions have
evolved from the tighter labor markets, which are expected to continue for at least
the next 5 to 10 years. This means it will be equally important to have specialty
divisions focusing on locating highly-skilled professional candidates. These include
our ACCOUNTING and FINANCIAL divisions and our TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING divisions.
CHASE recruiters have ongoing recruiting programs to identify and network with candidates
who are professionals in their field who may be interested in making a change for
the right opportunity.
