Health Insurance
Associates of CHASE Staffing Services and CHASE Technical Staffing are immediately eligible to participate in our exceptional health insurance plan!  If you elect to enroll in this plan, coverage begins the Monday following your first payroll deduction.  This affordable health coverage is offered through American Fidelity Insurance Company and is a major benefit for our associates!

Paid Vacation
Our employees can earn one week’s (40 hours) paid vacation after having worked the minimum amount of hours required in a one-year period.  Employees can choose to take the vacation time or get paid for the 40 hours.

Paid Holidays
To reward our associates for valuable, long-term service, CHASE pays for six (6) major holidays when they occur during the normal business week.  To qualify, employees must have worked the minimum requirements during the previous year.

401K
After employees have worked for CHASE for one year and accumulate a minimum of 1,500 hours, they become eligible to enroll in our 401K plan. CHASE feels so strongly regarding the importance of saving for an employee’s financial future that we will match 25% of all contributions up to the first 4% of an employee’s yearly earnings.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit of your paycheck is available immediately as an added convenience and security measure.

ATM Pay Program
You can have your paychecks directly deposited into an account for your use only through the use of our alternative electronic pay program.  You are not required to have a checking account to take advantage of this fabulous benefit!  The bank offers you an account where all of your paychecks will be deposited.  You will carry a “debit card” that you can use to withdraw your entire paycheck, a portion of your paycheck or make transactions at grocery stores, etc.  This means no more check-cashing fees or leaving work to pick up your paycheck!

Referral Bonus
A cash referral bonus is available for referring qualified candidates who are placed by CHASE Technical Staffing and CHASE Staffing Services and complete a minimum 40 hour working week.
